For over half a century, Middleton has been a valuable supporter of local employment. Staff retention and production consistency has been fortified by the training and upskilling of the team.
A major development has been the launch of Middleton Manufacturing’s ‘Sewing Academy’. Led by the most experienced staff members, new starters have the opportunity to gain the skills required to establish a career and the existing team hone and grow their capabilities.
As a strong believer in supporting the local economy and providing opportunities, we are proud of the ‘Sewing Academy’ and look forward to evolving it in the future with more staff training opportunities including apprenticeships.
